Stay intempo with the built in metronome. The metronome can generate quarter note, eighth note, triplets, and sixteenth note clicks at tempos anywhere from 30-250 beats per minute. The beats are both audible and represented on the digital display.
If you feel more comfortable tuning by ear, you can use the tone generator function. You can generate one whole octave of notes through the built in speaker or the headphone jack.
